Before you create. Java 1.21–1.21.1 commands support six body parts, XYZ angles, six equipment slots, facing, names and stand flags. This is separate from Bedrock named-skin models with fixed poses; equipment on those custom models is not supported. Game execution and Bedrock name matching remain untested. Pack exports target the stated format; they have not been tested inside Minecraft. Keep a backup and test in a separate world.

How to use Armor Stand Maker

Choose Java command controls below, or add skins for the Bedrock pack.
Set Java pose, items and stand properties, or name each Bedrock skin mapping.
Copy the Java command with permission, or activate the Bedrock pack in a test world.

What you will get

Generate Java armor stand pose and equipment commands, or map name tags to skins in an experimental Bedrock resource pack. Output: Java command or experimental Bedrock MCPACK. Java command mode targets 1.21–1.21.1. Bedrock skin packs remain experimental; both outputs need in-game validation.

Minecraft armor stand maker: Java commands and Bedrock skins

Assign up to 20 distinct name tags to Steve or Alex skin textures, choose a fixed display pose for each mapping, and export an experimental Bedrock resource pack. Review the mapping names before trying them in a separate test world.

A separate Java 1.21–1.21.1 command generator supports six-part XYZ poses, facing, names, six item slots and stand flags. Unmatched names retain the vanilla stand definition. Name-triggered switching and reload behavior have not been verified in a Bedrock client; equipment display on custom models is not supported.

What can this armor stand maker customize?

This experimental Bedrock maker maps name tags to skin textures and fixed display poses. The Bedrock skin mode creates a resource pack with fixed display poses. A separate Java summon command mode provides body angles, six equipment slots, facing, name and stand properties; it does not add animated behavior. Name matching inside Minecraft still needs validation on your target version. Use the sample mapping to inspect the exported files before testing.

The experimental Bedrock example maps the exact name tag Builder to the Classic sample skin in the Relaxed pose. Name matching still needs in-game validation.

Test the name-tagged armor stand

For Java, open the pose and equipment command section, set body angles and item IDs, copy the summon command, and run it with permission in Java 1.21–1.21.1. This does not use the Bedrock pack. For Bedrock, open NAME-TAG-INSTRUCTIONS.txt in the downloaded pack. In a separate test world, rename a name tag in an anvil to one exported name, then apply it to a stand. Each viewer needs the pack enabled. Names that do not match use the vanilla stand. Game-side name matching and reload behavior remain unverified.

Bedrock resource pack MCPACK

  1. Save the MCPACK and use your device’s Open with / Share action to open it with Minecraft Bedrock.
  2. Wait for the import result. In a test world’s settings, open Resource Packs → My Packs and activate the imported pack.
  3. Open the world and inspect the replaced texture. Check pack priority if another active pack changes the same item.

These files contain resources, not behavior packs. Import and menu options vary by device; direct console file import is not claimed. This site has not completed Minecraft or real-phone validation.

Common problems & next steps

The stand keeps its vanilla appearance

Check the exact name tag, pack activation and name mappings in packlab-name-tags.json. The pack remains experimental until checked on your target Bedrock version.

A tag is rejected

Use a unique name of 1–32 characters, without leading/trailing spaces, apostrophes, backslashes or control characters. Case-only duplicate mappings are rejected.

Armor or animation does not match the preview

The custom skin model uses a fixed display pose. Equipment display on custom models is not supported; this is not a general stand-animation editor. Use the separate Java command controls for six-part poses and equipment on vanilla Java stands.
