The Minecraft cape maker exports a 64 × 32 PNG with transparency. Designing a cape and equipping one are separate steps: this editor does not grant account capes. Send the PNG to Elytra Pack Builder to map the design onto an elytra texture.

The free cape download on this page is your design PNG or an original sample texture. MCToolLab does not offer a gallery of owned account capes, redeem cape rewards or equip a cape on your player. A search for a custom cape, Builder cape or free Minecraft capes can mean those different tasks. Check the cape system you intend to use before treating a texture file as something you can equip.

MCToolLab is a separate PNG design editor. It does not connect to OptiFine, Ezcapes or SkinMC accounts, transfer cape ownership or submit a design to those services. Any dimensions, account requirements and visibility rules of another cape system must be checked with that service. Keep the exported design as a local file; do not provide account credentials to this editor.

The download is a 64 × 32 design sheet. Keep it as PNG to retain transparent pixels. Use a compatible cape renderer or map its six faces in Elytra Pack Builder. A PNG cannot unlock an official account cape; choose Cape design when importing so the faces are mapped rather than copied unchanged.

The image looks like separate rectangles
That is the unfolded texture. Use the 3D preview to inspect the faces. Keep the exported dimensions when editing elsewhere.
The cape is not equipped on my account
The editor produces a design PNG. Official cape ownership and third-party cape systems are separate from this editor.
Drawing scrolls the page on a phone
Begin the stroke inside the pixel canvas; use the surrounding page to scroll. Real iPhone and Android testing is still pending.
